The Concord Pavilion

With room for 350 seated and 6000 sq ft--space is not an issue here. The Concord Pavilion is perfect for any occasion. Large enough for big wedding receptions while still holding on to an intimate feel. Your reception, class or family reunion, or social club event would fit perfect in this space.
A complete catering kitchen is located by the pavilion complete with 400 amp electrical hookups. The event space will have 150 chairs, 18 tables, a moveable wine barrel bar with an unmatched view of the Nolichucky River. |
The Muscadine River Deck

The River Deck is perfect for affairs up to 50 people. This venue can be set up for sitting or standing wedding ceremonies. The deck allows for the ceremony to be at the water or on the River Deck itself. Bridal Brunches, rehearsal dinners, receptions, birthday parties, and celebrations-of-life are great in this space. |

Grape Barn (Bridal & Groom Suites)

This is an ideal space for small weddings, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate gatherings, and holiday parties. While we say "small" events up to 50 will fit comfortably in this temperature-controlled space.
The Grape Barn is home to our Bridal & Groom Suites. When you rent the Pavilion or have an All-Inclusive event the Barn is included. The Suites Offer:

The Grape Gazebo

The Grape Gazebo is also just feet away from the pristine waters of the Nolichucky River and offered a beautiful, two-story view, of the entire property. It is equipped with full catering and electrical hook-ups and space around the gazebo for tents in case of rain.
